Trade In Your Golf Cart

How does trading in a golf cart work?

Bring the cart, the charger and any service records to any of our 15 locations and we appraise it the same day. During the Memorial Day Golf Cart Sales Event trade value stacks on top of event pricing rather than replacing it, so the discount and the trade both apply.

What is my golf cart worth?

Four things decide it, in this order:

  1. Battery age and chemistry. On an electric cart this is most of the value. A lead-acid pack past four years is a deduction, not a feature.
  2. Condition of the body and top. Cracks, fade and a torn top all come off.
  3. Make and model. Club Car and E-Z-GO fleet platforms hold value because parts are everywhere.
  4. What is fitted. A lift, a street-legal package, a decent sound system and new tires all add.

What should you bring?

  • The cart, and the charger that came with it.
  • Any service records, especially a battery replacement receipt.
  • The title if the cart is registered as an LSV.
  • Keys — both, if you have them.

Does the trade change my financing?

It lowers the amount financed, so the monthly payment drops. See golf cart financing for the payment table.

Will you take a cart that does not run?

Often, yes — a dead pack is a known quantity and we price around it. Tell us what it is doing when you call and we will give you a range before you load it.

Questions and answers

Can I trade in my old golf cart during the sale?

Yes. Trade-ins are welcomed and appraised the same day during the Memorial Day event, on any make and in any condition. Bring the cart to any location or send photos and the serial number to get a trade value before you arrive.

Are golf carts actually cheaper during the Memorial Day sale?

Yes. Memorial Day is one of the two largest golf cart buying holidays of the year, alongside Memorial Day. Dealers clear current model-year inventory ahead of the summer changeover, so Memorial Day pricing is typically the lowest of the summer on in-stock new carts and on trade-in used carts.

How much does a golf cart cost during the Memorial Day sales event?

Used golf carts generally start in the $4,000–$8,000 range, new electric four-passenger carts commonly run $8,000–$14,000, and lifted six-passenger street legal lithium models run $14,000–$22,000. Live event pricing for every cart in stock is published on the inventory pages of this site and refreshed daily.

Do you offer 0% financing during the Memorial Day event?

Yes. 0% APR for 48 months is available on approved credit through our lending partners, including Sheffield BBT, BLI Heartland, DLL Financial, Roadrunner/Octane, Univest Capital and Dealer Direct. On a $12,000 cart that is $250 per month with no interest. Applications take a few minutes and most partners offer a soft-pull prequalification.
